So, yesterday was a sushi-time for me and my family. We didn`t went to sushi-bar, as usual, but I`ve tried to make some sushi by myself. It was Filadelfia and rolls with cucumber and avocado.
Heh, ok, it was the firt time of cooking sushi in my life, so I have no expirience. But, despite of it, my sushi turned out very tasty, accurate and dense. They were a bit too thick, but in the second time, I think, I`ll consider all my mistakes.)
This is my little report.) Sorry for my English and try to not catch a cold, as I do. Best wishes from snowy Saint-Petersburg.)
